About Stikado
Stikado is an international NGO registered in Norway. We have members from all over the world who support the cause and work of the organization. Stikado aims to keep as much as possible of its administration and organizational work online. We utilize a variety of online collaboration tools to facilitate the work of our board and teams, as well as the collaboration and communication with our members.
Our mission
Stikado's mission is to create a world where compassion, equality, and creativity are the defining characteristics of how people live their lives and develop the communities in which they live.
We want to achieve our goals by creating contexts in which human rights become the backbone of our societies. In our perspective, human rights are accepted, embraced, and defended, not debated and negotiated.
We develop our own projects and initiatives. At the same time, we work to support individuals, companies, NGOs, and governmental entities to manage and expand their existing projects or grow roots for new ideas.
